Christmas is all about spending time with your loved ones. One of the quotes that always stick with us is ‘Food tastes better when you eat it with your family’. It’s true; some of the best memories are made around the table.

This handcrafted Welsh slate rectangle cheese board is laser engraved with one of our Slate House designs and says ‘Christmas With The’ and can be personalised with your own names. Impress guests and family members with a unique way to display your cheeses and food items this Christmas.  There are no strict ingredients you can add to your stylish cheese board.

If you need some inspiration for your cheeseboard layout then why not try one of our ideas.

Firstly, place your favourite cheeses on your cheeseboard and leave space in between each cheese.  Some of our favourite Christmas cheeses we love to serve are brie with truffle, a strong, mature stilton, Wensleydale with cranberries, something spicy like a Mexicana, or cheddar with Diablo chilli. Of course we can’t go without everyone’s favourite, a cheddar (we prefer extra mature).

Next, fill the spaces between your cheeses with your favourite accompaniments.  We love a mixture of cashew nuts and walnuts, oat biscuits, water crackers and breadsticks. Grapes are always a must on our festive cheeseboard and a few figs always give your platter some extra class.

Finally, serve your cheeseboard with a selection of chutneys and festive jams.

Our Slate House Welsh slate cheeseboards make a perfect addition to your festivities or as a thoughtful gift for a friend. Why not team up the cheeseboard with one of our hand forged stainless steel cheese knives.

Olive oil, sunflower oil, etc) *Please Note: Avoid contact between engraving and oil as the oil will affect the engraving.* Non-dishwasher friendly
