Merry Christmas Welsh Slate Coaster | Slate House

This stunning square Welsh slate coaster has the Slate House design ‘Merry Christmas’ laser engraved across it.

Do you need a festive drink inspiration to serve using your new coaster? Why not try Vegan Eggnog?

Ingredients:

100ml Spiced rum. We really like gingerbread spiced rum.

25g pitted dates

25g dried apricots

25g cashew nuts

¼ teaspoon mixed spice

½ tsp vanilla extract

1l almond milk (sweetened)

Nutmeg

Method:

Soak the fruit, nuts and mixed spice in the alcohol. Leave covered overnight.

The following day tip the mixture into a blender and add the vanilla extract and almond milk. Now blend until super smooth (you may want to sieve the mixture).

Serve over ice with some grated nutmeg.

Our Welsh slate is a natural product so it may contain fool's gold, which is a natural pyrite that forms within the slate. It is not a defect, and we cannot guarantee that your slate item will not contain it.
