This stunning set of 6 square Welsh slate coasters, which when joined up, show the illustration of Santa and his reindeers and the word BELIEVE across the coasters.

Do you need a festive drink inspiration to serve using your new coasters? Why not try Vegan Eggnog?

Ingredients:

100ml Spiced rum. We really like gingerbread spiced rum.

25g pitted dates

25g dried apricots

25g cashew nuts

¼ teaspoon mixed spice

½ tsp vanilla extract

1l almond milk (sweetened)

Nutmeg

Method:

Soak the fruit, nuts and mixed spice in the alcohol. Leave covered overnight.

The following day tip the mixture into a blender and add the vanilla extract and almond milk. Now blend until super smooth (you may want to sieve the mixture).

Serve over ice with some grated nutmeg.
