Cheese Platter
Firstly, place your favourite cheeses on your cheeseboard and leave space in between each cheese. Some of our favourite cheeses we love to serve are brie with truffle, a strong, mature stilton, Wensleydale, something spicy like a Mexicana, or cheddar with Diablo chilli.
Of course we can’t go without everyone’s favourite, a cheddar (we prefer extra mature).
Next, fill the spaces between your cheeses with your favourite accompaniments. We love a mixture of cashew nuts and walnuts, oat biscuits, water crackers and breadsticks. Grapes are always a must on our board and a few figs always give your platter some extra class.
We always love to add olives too.
Finally, serve your cheeseboard with a selection of chutneys and jams.
